This project involves the custom manufacturing of heavy-duty frames, support bases, and external protective structural components for various engine test benches and power generation units at Weichai Power. The main structures are constructed using a variety of materials, including Q355B high-strength carbon steel and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, to withstand the high-load, high-vibration, continuous operating environment of the factory.

Leveraging our comprehensive integrated manufacturing system, we handle the entire production process—from raw material cutting, precision forming, structural assembly, and stress relief treatment to anti-corrosion surface coating—without the need for third-party subcontractors, delivering finished products through a one-stop service.During project execution, to address the two core challenges—dimensional matching of large components and fatigue resistance under long-term operating conditions—we utilized specialized jigs and fixtures for shaping, strictly controlled overall geometric tolerances, and performed high-standard non-destructive testing on all critical connection points.

The entire batch of products achieved a 100% pass rate for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and safety performance, successfully passing Weichai Power’s rigorous incoming inspection and on-site trial operation assessments. This project fully demonstrates our comprehensive capabilities in manufacturing components for large-scale industrial equipment.
