This project involved the custom fabrication of heavy-duty equipment frames and bases for the tire mold production line of the Haomai Group, utilizing Q355B carbon steel plate. We provided the client with a fully integrated, end-to-end manufacturing service—from plate cutting and precision forming to high-strength joining, stress relief, and anti-corrosion coating—to ensure the finished products meet the stringent requirements for long-term, stable operation of heavy-duty equipment.

The project’s challenges lay in controlling dimensional accuracy during thick-plate forming and meeting structural reliability requirements under heavy-load conditions. Through tooling-based positioning and standardized process control, we ensured that critical forming tolerances were maintained within ±0.5°. All critical connection points underwent non-destructive testing (NDT)-grade processing, achieving a 100% pass rate for both dimensional accuracy and NDT during mass production, and consistently meeting Haomai Group’s acceptance standards.
