Double Column Machining Center

Specially designed for the customized processing of large welding machine frame, machine base, long beams, large equipment platforms and other large parts over 2 meters, with a large stroke to achieve complete processing of the workpiece in one clamping, without the need for segmental splicing, completely avoiding the dimensional errors generated by segmental processing.

Adopting double-column gantry frame structure, the machine is rigid and shock-resistant, and can withstand heavy-duty cutting pressure. Aiming at the deformation, warping and flatness deviation after welding of steel structure, the machine is accurately leveled by overall milling, which effectively solves the problem of welding deformation.

The whole process of CNC precision machining can accurately guarantee the overall flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity and coaxiality of multiple holes, with uniform hole spacing and smooth mounting surfaces, which can fully satisfy the stringent assembly precision requirements of large-scale automated equipments and heavy-duty industrial equipments.
