Materials form the physical foundation of machining, and the quality of the materials selected directly impacts the final quality of the product. Material requirements vary significantly depending on the application and performance specifications. We will strictly adhere to our customers’ requirements when selecting high-quality materials. We will provide certification reports issued by the manufacturers of the raw materials used to produce the parts. These reports typically include information such as the material’s heat number, grade, dimensions, mechanical properties, and chemical analysis.

Machining technology is a key factor influencing the quality of machining. Different machining technologies have a significant impact on the precision and surface quality of parts. Traditional machining methods such as turning, milling, and grinding each offer distinct advantages in terms of machining accuracy and efficiency. Meanwhile, specialized machining technologies such as electrical discharge machining (EDM) and laser machining can meet the requirements for machining complex shapes and high-hardness materials.We have over 50 highly skilled workers with nearly a decade of experience in the industry. A scientific management system is key to ensuring consistent quality in machining. We have a systematic training program designed to enhance our employees’ technical skills and quality awareness. We organize skills training sessions and invite industry experts to provide on-site guidance. At the same time, we conduct internal skills competitions and on-the-job training activities to foster our employees’ technical capabilities and sense of responsibility. We have established a comprehensive equipment maintenance system, which involves regularly inspecting and calibrating our machining equipment and promptly replacing worn parts to ensure that the equipment remains in optimal operating condition.

Precision Detection quality

We have a dedicated inspection team that conducts comprehensive inspections of all machined parts. During the machining process, we use coordinate measuring machines, laser interferometers, and other equipment to monitor the dimensional and geometric accuracy of parts in real time. If any deviations are detected, we immediately adjust the machining parameters to prevent the production of a batch of non-conforming products. For mass-produced parts, we perform non-destructive testing to detect cracks and porosity. We only proceed with delivery once we are certain that the parts fully meet our customers’ requirements.
