Recision Casts Quality
We have a dedicated inspection team that conducts comprehensive inspections of all processed parts. During the machining process, coordinate measuring machines, laser interferometers and other equipment are used to monitor the dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy of the parts in real - time. Once any deviation is detected, the machining parameters are adjusted immediately to prevent the production of batches of non - conforming products. For parts completed in mass production, we carry out non - destructive testing to detect cracks and pores. We ensure delivery only after fully meeting the requirements of our customers.
